Peoples Independent Bank modernizes its system and outsources to IBT's i2Core and its robust enterprise solutions

CEDAR PARK, TX – April 9, 2014 - IBT, Inc., Innovation + Integration create The Power in i2Suite. IBT, a leading provider of cutting edge solutions for community financial institutions announced today that Peoples Independent Bank in Boaz, Alabama has converted to IBT’s Core platform. The Bank will also take advantage of its complimentary ancillary cloud solutions which will enable them to meet the specific challenges of the marketplace, efficiently and effectively across all customer facing channels.

We knew we needed a new core system.  What we were using was very outdated. With the customer experience as our number one goal, we were looking for something that was fully integrated, real time at all touch points, and flexible, especially in lending. But we also had to insure the solution delivered quality and affordability that would allow us to remain competitive. We found IBT’s conversion team to be knowledgeable with experience in banking. They took a consultative approach to the conversion, which has been extremely valuable, and expertise we normally would not have access to.  IBT will give us the pros and cons on any questions we have. They let us know what other banks do and why do they do it, and they have been open and accessible. Visiting other banks that use the same solution made my decision much easier. They weren’t shuffling paper like we were and that is exactly what I wanted to get away from. Saving time saves everyone money and delivering information real-time helped us put our customer at the heart of our decision” stated Royce G. Ogle, president of Peoples Independent Bank.

“Our deliberate focus of providing the highest level of personalized service to our customers assists them in transitioning to new and improved cloud technology across all channels serving the customer. It will allow Peoples Independent Bank to achieve their mission of taking care of the customer with a rich experience. That is what we call the IBT Difference,” states Mike Golebiowski, president of IBT.
